How does the crusher work?
Mobile Crushing Plant is a versatile and efficient solution used in the mining and aggregate industries to crush materials on-site. The plant is designed to be easily transported to various sites and can be set up quickly to provide high-quality aggregates. Here's a detailed overview of how the Mobile Crushing Plant works:

Feed Hopper
Raw Material Intake: Raw materials are fed into the plant through a 15 m³ capacity hopper. The hopper ensures a steady flow of material to the crushers, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Primary Jaw Crusher
Vibrating Grizzly Feeder: A vibrating grizzly feeder screens and feeds the raw material into the primary jaw crusher. It separates finer materials from larger rocks, allowing the crusher to focus on breaking down bigger pieces.
Jaw Crusher Components:
Movable Jaw: Connected to an eccentric shaft, the movable jaw moves in a reciprocating motion to crush materials against the fixed jaw.
Fixed Jaw: Stationary and serves as a surface for material compression.
Toggle Plate: Transmits power and adjusts the discharge opening, preventing overloading.
Crushing Process: The eccentric shaft rotation causes the movable jaw to move up and down, creating a squeezing motion that crushes the material between the two jaws.
Discharge: Crushed material exits through the bottom of the crusher and is either conveyed to the secondary crusher or moved to a designated area.
Secondary Jaw Crusher
Material Transfer: Crushed material from the primary crusher is conveyed to the secondary jaw crusher for further reduction.
Crushing Process: Similar to the primary crusher, the secondary jaw crusher uses a moving and a fixed jaw to crush materials to the desired size.
Discharge: The material is again discharged through the bottom and transferred via conveyors to the vibrating screen.
Vibrating Screen
Screening: The plant includes a 4-deck vibrating screen (customizable as per client requirements) that sorts crushed material into different sizes. Each deck has different-sized meshes to separate the material into various grades.
Material Sorting: The sorted material is then conveyed to different stockpiles or further processing units.
Conveyors
Material Transport: The plant features 7-9 conveyors of adequate lengths to transport materials between different components, ensuring a smooth flow of material throughout the crushing process.
Adjustability: Conveyors are adjustable to accommodate different site layouts and material flow requirements.
Electric Motor, Control Panel, and Cable
Power Source: The plant is equipped with an electric motor and a control panel that manages the operation of the entire plant.
Control System: The control panel allows for monitoring and adjusting the plant's operation, ensuring optimal performance.
Cabling: Adequate cabling ensures a reliable power supply to all components.
Heavy Duty Chassis
Mobility: The plant is mounted on 3 heavy-duty chassis with pneumatic wheels, enabling easy towing by a truck horse to different sites.
Stability: The robust chassis design provides stability and support during operation.
Diesel Generating Set
Power Backup: The plant requires a suitable diesel generating set to run, especially in remote locations where a direct power supply may not be available.
Reliability: The generating set ensures continuous operation, minimizing downtime due to power outages.
The Mobile Crushing Plant is an efficient and versatile solution for on-site material processing. Its components work seamlessly together to crush and sort materials into various sizes, ready for use in construction or further processing. The plant's mobility and ease of setup make it an ideal choice for projects requiring frequent relocation and high productivity.
Questions about the crusher
How do I choose between a primary and secondary jaw crusher for my crushing plant?
The choice depends on the size and hardness of the material to be crushed. Primary crushers are used for large, rough stones and initial size reduction, while secondary crushers handle smaller, more refined pieces.
