These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Indian Council Of Arbitration and not in a court of law, except that either party may seek injunctive relief for infringement of intellectual property rights in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HPPA International regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements between you and HPPA International relating to your use of the Services.
